Two victories in a row for Caja Rural-Seguros RGA and Selle Repente. The third victory of the season came with Mauri Moreira. The young Uruguayan scored the first stage of the Boucles de La Mayenne after resolving a breakaway over the Frenchman Julien Duval (ALM). It is the prize for the combative attitude that the strong rider always shows.

The other success came the next day with Jon Aberasturi in the second stage. The Basque rider launched a powerful sprint that none of the others could answer, to end up entering the finish line alone. Meanwhile, Mauri Moreira climbed to the second position in overall standing just eight seconds behind the leader Ferasse (NRL).
