Although I plan to put this saddle on a gravel bike, my first test was to see how it felt on an indoor trainer, ... because that's all I had time for since it arrived. These trainer sessions seem brutal on the butt, at least for me it's been that way.

The first ride was a 45min, then a 55, 65, and 105min rides. I definitely felt more comfortable on the Quasar out of the box than many other saddles I've tried.

I came to know Selle Repente when sourcing parts for a new road bike build, and tried the Artax GLM. That's been on my new bike almost 2yrs and it's been wonderful as well.

Happy to say the Quasar works for me and it was a worthwhile purchase.
