Another impressive result for Simona Frapporti, Repente's brand ambassador at the highest levels of women's cycling. The Brescia-born athlete and her teammates Cavalli, Valsecchi and Balsamo won the silver medal in the team pursuit in the second World Cup event in Milton, Canada. Great Britain won gold in 4’18”138, three seconds ahead of the Italians. New Zealand beat Germany in the bronze medal challenge.
