This base is used as a support structure for the Prime, Spyd and Artax
saddles and can also be used with the Aleena pad.
In order to make the saddles with a plastic base non-deformable over
time, Repente has developed the LCF (Long Carbon Fiber) technology: the
PA12 technopolymer is reinforced not with common carbon fragments, but
with long carbon fibers which, thanks to a particular injection process,
create a weave that considerably increases the mechanical properties of
the structure. As demonstrated by the tests carried out, this technology
minimizes the risk of deformation or breakage of the shell.
The rail is built entirely of carbon. The differential cross-sections
achieve the right mix of rigidity and flexibility throughout the support
