Jonathan Lastra's first victory as a professional arrived, which is also the first of the season for Caja Rural-Seguros RGA and Selle Repente. The triumph came in Portugal at the Classica da Arrabida.
It was in the mountain that the race began to clear up. Both Amezqueta and Serrano appeared in the lead until a group of seven runners was formed with Julen and Lastra. The attack that took Lastra to the finish line started at 2 km to the end.

Jonathan Lastra : “We knew it was a crazy race and we had to attack as always. Everything has gone perfect and everyone of us has been involved in the brakaways. It is my first victory, I am very happy because it is always difficult to win. For the team it has to be a turning point. We were working well but the results did not come. Surely from now on we can be in front”.
