The BePink team's first success of the season came on the roads of France, bearing Katia Ragusa's signature.
Katia won the 17th edition of the Grand Prix Féminin de Chambéry, raced in Chambéry-le-Vieux over a distance of 96 km, crowning a beautiful start to 2019 in which she had already achieved good results.
"I'm very happy," said Katia Ragusa. "The first victory of the year always has a special taste. Today I felt a strange emotion: I knew the condition was there, but managing to win is always a release. I thank my teammates, who did an exceptional job; this success is also theirs.”
Katia equipped her De Rosa Protos bike with Selle Repente's ultralight carbon Aleena saddle.
