Nomad 3D, the ultimate evolution of 3D printing
With Nomad 3D, Repente has achieved the maximum evolution from 3D printing without the disadvantages of saddles with visible lattice structures.
Differentiated density for optimal comfort
One of the most delicate aspects in designing a high-performance saddle is managing the loads and pressures that accumulate during long rides or races. Nomad 3D has been developed to offer calibrated and differentiated support, capable of preventing pain and discomfort even after many hours in the saddle.
The density of the padding has been modulated to adapt to the different pressure zones. Under the sit bones, the material is stiffer to ensure stability and structural support. In the areas of soft tissues, the density is reduced to offer greater flexibility and improve load distribution.
Three areas have been identified, each corresponding to different morphologies and densities of the internal 3D structure.
Particular attention has been given to the central anatomical channel, designed to effectively relieve perineal pressure. Here, the combination of structural cavity and thinning of the 3D mesh minimizes the compression of nerves and blood vessels, promoting a more comfortable ride without numbness even on long or technical routes.

TPU: elastic and stable in shape
The padding of Nomad 3D is made from TPU, a high-performance material. It maintains an active and constant elastic return over time: the saddle reacts, adapts, supports.
TPU responds in a controlled manner, adjusting to the pressure exerted by the weight of the cyclist without collapsing or deforming. In this way, the support remains constant even under intense efforts or during long stretches in an aerodynamic position. The result is a feeling of "active" support, which translates into greater efficiency and less muscle fatigue.
Functionality and durability
Unlike first-generation 3D saddles, Nomad 3D does not expose the honeycomb structure. The smooth and homogeneous surface makes the saddle more compact and durable and does not hinder the movements of the cyclist.
The closed structure of the padding also reduces the risk of damage due to impacts, abrasions, or accidental snags and does not wear out the inside of the shorts.
A design focused on details
As in the base model Nomad FC, the anatomical rear shaping Close Fit, a distinctive feature of Repente saddles, reduces pressure on the sit bones while maintaining high support in the rear compared to the central area, which is also alleviated by the anatomical channel.
To eliminate the risk of chafing on the inner thigh, the Ergo Shape design has been adopted, developed by Repente to ergonomically shape the lateral profile of the saddle.
RLS: replaceable rails and shell
The shell and the unidirectional carbon rail are independent and can be replaced separately: a solution that facilitates maintenance and, in case of damage, reduces costs and material waste.

"Lights up" in the sun
From an aesthetic point of view, Nomad 3D maintains a sober and clean profile, in line with the tastes of those who prefer an elegant and essential look. The pearly white color adds a touch of refinement: in the light, the saddle reveals the internal pattern of the lattice structure, creating a unique and distinctive visual effect for the bike's aesthetics.
