Repente now offers a narrower version of its Latus CL saddle, the M. Latus saddles are "short" saddles popular with professional riders.
www.dimensionsvelo.com - Short saddles are gaining popularity because they facilitate an aerodynamic position by limiting perineal pressure while ensuring good thigh clearance. In the Repente range, the Latus CL and M (the new one!) are in charge of this role! The Latus CL, which is used by many Repente-sponsored athletes, is quite wide at 152 mm. The M, the brand's latest addition, is only 142 mm. It will therefore be more suitable for smaller riders.

The Latus M retains the same characteristics as the Latus CL. Its shell is made in an autoclave from unidirectional carbon fibers. It also features, like the Latus CL, woven carbon reinforcements to increase the rigidity of the structure. The carbon frame still adopts different sections to optimize, once again, comfort and rigidity. The seating area has a wide channel to relieve perineal pressure and the padding is made of EVA to ensure perfect support. The shape of the saddle also prevents the cyclist from "slipping" forward by offering stable support. It is intended for all cyclists whether for road, Gravel or MTB. Professional athletes from various Repente teams, Team Caja Rural RGA, Ceratizit Wnt and Bepink have already adopted it. The Latus M measures 240 mm x 142 mm, weighs only 140 g and costs €218. A still competitive price in this product category.
