The XCO Romanian champion Vlad Dascalu has won the fifteenth edition of the Portugal BTT XCO Vila Franca, a UCI C1 category competition. The level of the participants was very high and Brujula Bike, the team sponsored by Repente Saddles, was among them.
In an edition with more than 300 participants from 9 different nations, Vlad Dascalu achieved a spectacular victory, finishing ahead of Olympic medalist Carlos Coloma. Portuguese rider Mario Costa completed the podium. On his bicycle, Vlad uses the ultralight full carbon Aleena saddle.
