LCF
To make the structures of plastic-based saddles unchangeable over time, Repente has developed LCF (Long Carbon Fiber) technology: the technopolymer is reinforced not with common carbon "chops", but with long carbon fibers which, thanks to a particular injection process, arrange themselves according to the longitudinal flow of the material, forming an intertwining that significantly increases the mechanical properties of the structure. As demonstrated by the tests carried out, this technology minimizes the risk of deformation or breakage of the support.
