      Per rendere indeformabili nel tempo le strutture delle selle con base in materiale plastico, Repente ha sviluppato la tecnologia LCF (Long Carbon Fiber): il tecnopolimero è rinforzato non con comuni “chops” di carbonio, bensì con fibre lunghe di carbonio che, grazie ad un particolare procedimento di iniezione, vanno a disporsi secondo il flusso longitudinale del materiale, sino a costituire un intreccio che aumenta notevolmente le proprietà meccaniche della struttura. Come dimostrato dai test effettuati, questa tecnologia riduce al minimo il rischio di deformazione o rottura del supporto.
